Litigation Solicitor

My client is seeking a Litigation Solicitor to join their team in New Malden, London.
The workload is diverse including Property litigation (residential and commercial landlord and tenant matters), Contested probate, Debt recovery, Boundary disputes, and Consumer Issues.
The work is both varied and demanding.
You will be responsible for delivering a top-notch service to our clients, handling pressure effectively both independently and as part of a team.
You will also need to offer practical, realistic advice and cost-effective solutions to our broad client base.
Key Responsibilities:- Liaising with and meeting clients
- Providing advice and guidance tailored to the client
- Offering effective support throughout transactions
- Promptly responding to and managing client calls and inquiries
- Communicating clearly, timely, and comprehensively with other involved parties
- Elevating issues when necessary
- Handling the acquisition, analysis, exchange, and management of relevant documentation in collaboration with other team members
- Managing own cases as needed and in compliance with procedural requirements
- Financial management of own cases
- Completing assigned tasks by senior fee earners for larger and more complex cases
