We are seeking an experienced applicant for a vacancy within our Operations team (Aberdeen).


The Operations Controller will be responsible to the Contract Delivery Manager for ensuring the safe and efficient running of the OHSUK flying programme.


The main responsibility of the role will be the day-to-day management of the Aberdeen operation, including reacting to technical/weather issues, elements of crewing, oversight of the fixed wing and rotary operation, customer requests and passenger welfare.

The Operations Controller is also key in the continuous communication with customers throughout the operational day regarding flight status, potential disruption and any other customer requests.


Applicants must have the following attributes:

  • Drive to deliver excellent customer service
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Ability to work as part of a small team in a highpressure environment
  • Ability to proactively provide effective solutions / problem solving
  • A knowledge of Oil and Gas sector
  • Aviation Operations knowledge
  • Previous Control Centre experience is desirable
