Arrive at bakery at 8pm. Clock in and wash your hands.

Bag the rolls according to delivery sheets.


Leave bakery at around 9pm drive into Edinburgh and follow predetermined sat nav route and deliver the rolls to customers using the well explained notes for each drop.


Drive back to West Lothian and deliver some customers on the way back to the bakery to finish between 2am and 3am, Saturday morning will be around 4am.

6 Nights a week Sunday night to Friday night.

Vehicle, insurance, fuel etc all provided for you.
