Overview of the Role

I am searching for a Support Worker to assist service users who are homeless, sofa surfing, or rough sleeping.

You will engage with vulnerable individuals who may have recently transitioned into permanent housing, residing in temporary accommodation, or still living on the streets.

Your role will involve offering intensive, comprehensive support to address their housing requirements and other needs stemming from their complex situations.

You will establish trust and guide service users to navigate pathways towards a life away from homelessness and street living.

A strong communicator, you will forge relationships with external agencies to prevent relapse into homelessness and help them access necessary services.

Providing personalized support to service users, you will assist them in securing suitable housing, meeting immediate needs, and embarking on a more sustainable and fulfilling life.
