Role Summary

  • Booking in valuations with all efforts in securing instructions for a good first impression
  • Following office procedures & policies
  • Contribution and awareness of KPIs & target
  • Order EPC's / required compliance
  • General touting for organic business growth
  • Registering applicants and book in viewings
  • Conducting viewings in a professional manner
  • All Anti-Money Laundering checks to be completed for exchange
  • All pre & post follow up for appointments conducted, consisting of confirmation calls and feedback
  • Weekly Seller care contact
  • Proactively ring thorough our database for business generation
  • Innovative idea contributions for canvassing material

Person Specification
We're looking for someone that is a good fit for us, but we also want to be a good fit for you To join our family, you'll need to be;
