The Customer Service Renewals Advisor will need customer service and call centre experience, and also the ability to be able to cross-sell and up-sell, so a sales background is also highly advantageousFor the role, we require:Customer service experience in a call centre environmentSomeone highly motivated and able to work under pressureFinancial services background is also beneficialSounds like your dream job?
