Embark on a pivotal role in a dynamic dental practice located in Edgware, where your expertise as a Dental Practice Manager will be the cornerstone of daily operations.

This permanent position offers the flexibility of full or part-time engagement, ranging from 16 to 35 hours per week, with the potential to contribute on select Saturdays.


As the linchpin of the practice, your days will be filled with activity from 08:30 to 18:00, Monday through Friday, ensuring a structured yet varied work-life balance.

The practice prides itself on delivering a blend of general dentistry, implants, and aesthetic services, facilitated by the advanced Exact dental software system.


The remuneration for this role is competitive, reflecting the importance of the position, with a salary range of £16-20 per hour, commensurate with experience and expertise.


The ideal candidate will possess a robust understanding of CQC regulations and demonstrate a proven track record in managerial roles within the dental sector.

A solid grasp of HR principles is essential to navigate the multifaceted aspects of staff management and practice operations.

While knowledge of the Exact software system is highly desirable, it is not a prerequisite, as the practice values adaptability and a willingness to learn.
