Mission and key priorities of the role

As part of a team you will be responsible for providing various supply chain and purchasing administrative tasks.

The role designed for you

  • You will process external; intercompany purchase order entry's and non-stock order entry's into the Company's software program
  • You will enter order confirmation into Alyante
  • You will update supplier contact information in the supplier order portfolio and ensure this is continuously managed
  • You will ensure the replenishing of the graphics
  • You will be responsible for booking-in assigning and labelling Tri-UK orders, consumable orders, semi-finished and raw material orders.
  • You will be responsible for checking and correcting Goods receipt notes.
  • You will be responsible for posting the Goods Received Notes into Alaynte
  • You will be responsible for updating and maintaining the Alyante pricelists
  • You will provide support on accounts invoice queries
  • You will attend to import custom entries and queries
  • Other adhoc duties as required for the role

Who are we looking for

  • GCSE's in English and Mathematics at grade A-C (or equivalent)
  • 1 or more years in a supply chain/purchasing administrator role
  • Exhibit high level of professionalism and tact in difficult situations
  • Creative thinking and problem solving skills
  • Proficient on Microsoft Office packages
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Ability to effectively communicate with people at all levels and from various backgrounds
  • Fluent in the English language
