Front-of-House & Media Associate
Position Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and highly motivated individual to join our Martial Arts Academy as a Front-of-House & Media Associate.
As a vital member of our team, you will be the first point of contact for our valued students, parents, and visitors.
In addition to managing front desk operations, you will also play a key role in creating engaging content for our social media platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome students, parents, and visitors with a warm and friendly demeanor, ensuring a positive first impression.
- Provide exceptional customer service, answering inquiries, assisting with registrations, and addressing concerns in a professional and timely manner.
- Coordinate with instructors to ensure smooth class transitions and assist in any organising of events.
- Maintain a clean and organized area, creating an inviting atmosphere for all who enter the school.
- Interact with and engage children attending the school, fostering a fun and enjoyable experience during their time at the academy.
- Assist with children's activities and games, demonstrate creativity and enthusiasm. Promoting a positive and energetic environment.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop engaging content for our social media.
- Capture photos and videos of classes, events, and special moments to showcase the vibrant community and activities.

- Strong organisational and multitasking abilities in a fastpaced environment.
- Proficiency in using social media platforms and basic photo/video editing skills are desirable.

Pay and Hours:
Starting at 3:30pm 4 days per week, this role offers a starting position of 12 hours per week with a hourly rate of £12.
