School Receptionist

  • Hourly Rate: £16 per hour including Holiday Pay

We are looking for a dedicated School Receptionist to join our team on a temporary basis for 6 weeks in Wallington. As the first point of contact for our school, you will have a key role in providing a warm welcome to students, parents, and visitors. Your contribution will be essential in maintaining the smooth operation of our front desk.



Day-to-day Responsibilities:
  • Greet and assist students, parents, staff, and visitors professionally and courteously.
  • Manage phone calls, messages, and school communications efficiently.
  • Schedule appointments and oversee school facilities' calendar.
  • Handle administrative tasks like filing, copying, and organizing documents.
  • Manage incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries.
  • Keep the reception area neat and well-organized.
  • Provide assistance with miscellaneous tasks as requested by the school administration.


Skills & Qualifications Needed:
  • Prior experience in reception or administrative roles.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication abilities.
  • Proficiency in basic computer tools and office devices.
  • Excellent multitasking and task prioritization skills.
  • Friendly and approachable demeanor towards all.
  • Great organizational capabilities and attention to detail.
