ISQ Recruitment is looking to recruit an Agricultural Fitter to join our clients friendly maintenance team in South Norfolk.nThis is a great opportunity to get involved in a diverse range of machinery used in the agricultural world , the successful candidate will be able to provide a high-quality repair and maintenance service, able to work on your own initiative and also be part of the workshop team.nOwn transport required due to location.nNo visas or sponsorships are offered with this role.
Responsibilities and DutiesnDay-to-day responsibility (including Health and Safety) for the effective maintenance of the equipment, this includes good housekeeping and correct use of PPE.nHelping farm staff with in-field breakdowns.nEnsure all assets have 3 monthly planned preventative maintenance.nEnsure reactive jobs are completed in an efficient, safe, and cost-effective manner.nEnsure that maintenance records are completed and administered correctly.nAble to work and operate well within a team, but also confident to use own initiative when required.
Required Education, Skills and QualificationsnDriving licence.nHydraulics experience - desirable.nAppropriate mechanical engineering qualifications - desirable.nPrevious experience of servicing equipment - essential.nWelding and fabrication -desirable.nGeneral maintenance experience - essential.
