The Company
This collaborative lead generation agency based in Liverpool are expert in the Digital Strategy and Digital Marketing space.

The Role

As a Performance Marketing Specialist, you will be:

  • Managing certain accounts across PPC.
  • Reviewing and analysing website and app performance using a variety of tools such as Google Analytics.
  • Working with the commercial and design teams to develop and execute PPC strategies to build creative marketing strategies.

Skills & Experience
To be successful as a PPC Specialist, you must have experience:

  • In PPC, Paid social advertising or Data Analytics.
  • Working in Google Analytics and Excel.
  • Working closely with senior stakeholders and/or clients.

THE COMPANY
One of the fastest growing companies within the real estate industry that is undergoing a huge data transformation is looking for a Data Analyst to utilise the existing skill set to ensure the optimisation of data

YOUR ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES

In this role you will be:

  • Focused on the analytical outcomes of the organisation by identifying the opportunities that can boost conversation and productivity across the organisation
  • Lead the creation of insightful and interactive Power BI and DAX reports that present complex data for technical and nontechnical stakeholders
  • Establish metrics that evaluate the performance and impact of analytical solutions to make datadriven recommendations across a range of business units

YOUR SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

  • Proficiency within Power BI, DAX, python, and SQL with the ability to help up skill more junior individuals
  • Strong project management skills with a track record of working and developing highperforming analytics teams
  • Expert in data analysis and deriving insight from data, using initiative to deep dive into data and present this back to stakeholders
  • Has previously worked closely with marketing teams and can understand market and customerfocused data sets

THE ROLE
As the Research Manager your focus will be to understand the client brief and fulfil this through hands on management and research, specifically you will:

  • Understand the client in detail, who they are who are their users and how should we market this
  • Lead the team in market research and quantitative analysis using them to understand market trends, brand tracking and customer sentiment
  • Focus is highly on brand tracking and providing insights into the public sentiment of the brand building strategies to overcome this and heighten the quality of the brand
  • Highlight the use of AI in market research projefts and the big benefits tools like this can have
