We are currently seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Customer Service / Admin Assistant in our Paddington office.

You will have the opportunity to work within a supportive team environment, providing excellent customer service and administrative support to our clients.


Key responsibilities:

  • Maintaining accurate and uptodate records of client interactions.
  • Processing sales orders and invoices.
  • Providing administrative support to the team as required.
  • Liaising with internal departments to ensure timely delivery of services.
  • Excellent customer service skills and telephone manner.
  • Strong organisational and administrative skills, with excellent attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Word, Excel and Outlook.
  • Good communication skills and ability to work effectively within a team.
