Due to an increase in work and demand for our services, JDN Property Services are looking to recruit a Painter and Decorator to add to the team within our successfully run business.


THE ROLE


The ideal person will be involved in a wide range of works, working in both the private and commercial properties.

Works can also include decor reinstatement of properties as a result of fire or flood damage.

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
A good understanding of health and safety and site cleanliness is essential.

A full UK driving licence is essential (Ideally no points please).

Must be able to communicate in a professional manner to customer and clients.

The role can be very physical, so it is important that you are in good health and physically fit.


You must also offer flexibility with regards to working hours, willing to work late at times to meet our customers' needs and deadlines.


You may be required to work at height or in confined spaces, so this role would not be suitable for anyone with phobias relating to these situations.

You must be of smart and clean personal presentation and have a polite and helpful manner.

A clean criminal record is a must due to some of our contracts.

Salary:
£18.50-£20.00 per hour
