Assist our delivery teams in planning projects in conjunction with the operations, commercial and design teams.

  • Develop logicdriven, cost and/or resource loaded programmes for Tender Projects
  • Producing schedules in Primavera P6 where dictated by the nature of the project, but also supporting Project Managers and ITO sales teams where they are using MS Project, both directly, by setting up the initial issue of the plan for new projects, and indirectly by providing guidance, expertise and encouragement when required.
  • Create detailed design and construction programmes for awarded projects
  • Incorporate contractor and subcontractor programmes into these construction programmes
  • Monitor, update, and report on status of programmes for awarded projects
  • Assist in keeping projects on track by identifying critical activities and evaluating remedial actions
  • Provide multiproject programmes to identify resource constraints
  • Liaise with Directors, Project Managers and Engineers
  • Provide help, support, and expertise to others (Directors, Project Managers and Engineers) in producing their own programmes

Qualification & Certificates

  • Graduated, in a relevant degree qualification or you have 3 years relevant work experience in a similar role
  • Proficient in Programming software packages

  • Proficient in the use of MS Project and Microsoft Office software

Essential Knowledge/Experience

  • Experience of building and maintain good working relationships with people of all levels
  • Proficient in the use of MS Project and Microsoft Office software
  • Strong analytical skills and problemsolving ability
  • A Team player who also works well independently
  • Organised and selfmotivated, with the ability to manage own workload effectively
