Responsibilities:
- Plan and implement activities to meet the physical, emotional, intellectual, and social needs of the children in the program
- Provide a safe and nurturing environment for children
- Develop and maintain positive relationships with children and parents
- Observe, document, and assess each child's development and progress
- Collaborate with other team members to develop and maintain a creative and supportive working environment Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or related field
- Previous experience working with young children
- Strong understanding of child development
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
