We are looking for an Environments Manager with a proven track record in software delivery, who understands and enjoys working with a varietyof technologies and people.


Responsibilities:

  • Communicating and collaborating with project and technical teams on Environment requirements, delivery, and support.
  • Troubleshooting, managing, and tracking Environment Incidents & Service Requests in conjunction with technical teams and external partners via the service management tool.
  • Planning the build, delivery, and maintenance of E2E testing environments
  • Support the Stakeholders/Managers in determining which systems need testing and mitigate risks of not doing so where necessary.
  • Produce environment delivery plans to establish the key activities and resources,
  • Identify opportunities for continuous improvement of environment practices and drive strategic and tactical decisions on products and services.
  • Work collaboratively with peers in other technology teams to ensure seamless delivery of crossfunctional environment delivery.
  • Support the relationships with third parties responsible for connecting external solutions (e.g. SaaS) to our test network.

Experience:

  • IT Environment Management in a corporate environment.

Skills:

  • Communicates effectively with both management and technical teams.
  • Prioritises and multi tasks within various projects in a dynamic, fast moving environment.
  • Adapts in a changing environment and take initiative to suggest improvements.
