We serve a diverse clientele including members of the public, court of protection solicitors (clinical negligence), and insurance companies, ensuring our projects meet various needs and standards.

We are seeking a talented and experienced Project Manager to join our dynamic team.

This role is crucial in overseeing the surveying, pricing, planning, design, and execution of home adaptations, with a strong emphasis on high-end bathroom solutions.

The successful candidate will ensure that every project meets our exacting standards of quality and accessibility.

In addition to this as our Project Manager & Surveyor you will be responsible for:

  • Conducting comprehensive site surveys to assess client needs and potential project requirements.
  • Coordinating and managing all aspects of the project lifecycle, from initial consultation to final installation.
  • Liaising with clients, employees, contractors, and suppliers to ensure seamless communication and project execution.
  • Collaborating closely with occupational therapists, case managers, and solicitors to tailor adaptations to specific client needs.
  • Ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and standards.
  • Monitoring project progress, addressing any issues promptly to ensure timely and on-budget completion.
  • Providing exceptional customer service, maintaining our reputation for excellence and empathy.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in surveying and project management, preferably within the home adaptations sector.
  • Strong understanding of accessibility requirements and relevant regulations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Must have empathy and a genuine passion for helping individuals with disabilities.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in project management software and tools.
  • Valid driving license and willingness to travel to various project sites.
  • Security Clearance (DBS)
