Calling all driven folks We need someone with at least 1 year of experience in B2B sales to join our awesome crew as a Sales Executive for a company specializing in sustainable packaging.

This role involves:
- Sketching out customer-centric strategies
- Bolstering bonds with both new and existing clients
- Boosting repeat business
- Elevating the overall customer journey.


You'll be steering a small internal sales squad, nudging them towards delivering top-notch customer service, all while elevating our rep and boosting customer loyalty.

If you're a hands-on professional with a winning streak in new biz dev, this role's for you. You'll also be tasked with maintaining and expanding a small territory.

The perfect fit for this position will rock stellar communication and leadership skills. Plus, you'll need heaps of enthusiasm, efficiency, and a keen eye for detail.

Main Duties:

- Supervise the entire customer journey to ensure a stellar experience, whether it's through direct sales, website queries, or other marketing efforts
- Guide and back up our internal sales squad to level up current workflows and hit goals
- Handle your own set of customer accounts, broadening their product range and drumming up new business
- Make sure all sales office paperwork is spot on, covering queries and orders
- Crunch numbers and present insights on KPIs, sales stats, and more
