Based in our Tamworth office, we are seeking a qualified litigation Solicitor with 4 + years PQE or equivalent. Maintenance of an on-going claims portfolio to exemplary standards;
Acting as technical and procedural referral for claims handlers;
Technical referral point for litigation queries from handlers;
Monitoring and controlling litigated department portfolio when cases are listed for trial, working with handlers to ensure positive results;
Reviewing and approving litigation documents for technical handlers;
Providing litigation training for progression handlers and technical handlers;
At least 4 years claims handling in an insurance / claims management environment;
Motor uninsured loss recovery handing in a legal / insurance / claims management environment;
The willingness to accommodate unexpected situations with flexibility in working extra hours, ect.
