Fully Office based Monday to Friday (8:30-5:30pm).

AAT studier or relevant experience desired.

Main Job Responsibilities:

  • Processing invoices
  • Resolving invoice queries
  • Weekly and monthly reconciliations
  • Receive log and investigate discrepancies
  • Processing payments
  • Communicating with all personnel
  • Supporting Accounts Payable
  • Assisting with period end tasks
  • Preparation of journals
  • Ad hoc tasks

We are looking for applicants with the following skills and experience:

  • Good knowledge of Excel
  • Practical experience processing large volumes of data
  • Highly motivated and a fast learner
  • Excellent communications skills - both verbal and written
  • Good attention to detail
  • Flexible attitude in prioritising work
