We have an excellent career opportunity for the role of
Community Care Worker/Home Care Assistant to join our amazing team here at
Seren Support based in the
Cardiff area.

Please note, we have both part time and full time roles available :
)

Working hours each week:
We offer hours from 20 hours per week to full time hours.

Pay:

We pay excellent hourly rates of Standard £12.00 per hour with mileage paid at 40p per mile and travel time paid.

Working times:
We have excellent working hours which will offer something for everyone

Our shift options are:

  • Shifts between 7am 3pm
  • Shifts between 4pm 10:30pm

  • We offer bank hours for people who require more flexibility and would like something different from week to week.

  • This is working 2 long days per week

  • This is working AM shifts and or PMS 3/4 days a week on a rolling roster.

Who are we?
We have been providing care and support services since 2011, helping individuals live their life as independently as possible. Our service is designed to provide care in the comfort of our service users' own homes. Our experienced staff support a variety of people with individual needs, always maintaining dignity, respect and promoting independence.

We operate our services throughout Neath Port Talbot, Powys and Bridgend in South Wales.


We respond to the needs of our service users 24 hours a day, seven days a week, to help them make the most out of life.

Key responsibilities:

  • Companionship ensuring a client enjoys regular and meaningful social interaction is an important part of your visit
  • Help with everyday tasks such as; meal preparation and light housework
