Are you an Accounts Administrator looking for an interesting role with excellent training, development and career progression opportunities? We are seeking an experienced Accounts Administrator to join our growing Finance team at our HQ in Uddingston.
**This is a fully office based role working Monday to Thursday 8:30am - 4:30pm and Friday 8:30am

  • 3:30pm**
    The Role
  • Process purchase invoices for all Group Companies.
  • Deal with invoice/payment queries from suppliers.
  • Process weekly/monthly staff expenses.
  • Prepare and maintain excel spreadsheets.
  • Prepare month end payment sheets for sign off.
  • Adhoc general office duties e.g. supplies & stationery, filing & scanning
  • Other duties as assigned by the purchase ledger manager

What we are looking for

  • Previous experience working in a Purchase Ledger environment.
  • Strong eye for detail
  • Excellent organisational and numerical skills
  • Confident using Microsoft Excel and Word
  • Ability to work to tight deadlines.
