Mobile Fabric Engineer

Belfast

Join our team as a Mobile Fabric Engineer in Belfast You'll play a key role in providing top-notch building fabric maintenance services.

  • Full-time, permanent position
  • Monday to Friday, 40 hours per week
  • Competitive salary of up to £29,000 per year
  • Company van and fuel card provided
  • Generous company pension scheme
  • Annual leave plus bank holidays
  • Responsibilities include:
  • Handling flooring repairs and replacements (training available)
  • Installing and repairing internal cladding, wall tiling, and edge protection
  • Reactively maintaining buildings and addressing general tasks
  • Responding promptly to plumbing and drainage issues
  • Conducting maintenance inspections on fire doors

Requirements:

  • NVQ Level 2 Carpentry or similar qualification
  • Full driving licence
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office/IT tools
  • Hands-on experience in building fabric maintenance
  • Previous commercial/facilities management experience
