Are you a strong Administrator, looking to work for a growing company based in central Brighton?


This is an exciting new opportunity for a full time Student Services Administrator to join a company based in Brighton.

Hours are Monday to Friday, 9am-5:30pm. This is a hybrid role (after 3-month probation).

Duties will include but not be limited to:

  • Registering student onto the company booking system
  • Processing invoices and receipts for student's fees
  • Liaising and supporting the Accommodation Officer for booking accommodation and travel arrangement for students
  • Dealing with agents regarding general enquiries, such as courses/examinations, bookings, queries, or payments
  • Booking exam sessions for students as required
  • Supporting with adhoc tasks and keeping the principal informed of allimportant matters
To be successful for this position, you must be highly organised with high attention to detail.

You must be a strong communicator with a professional telephone manner and have good knowledge of Microsoft products such as Word, Outlook, and Excel.
