Key Duties:
- To provide Asbestos Surveying services to clients, undertaking management and refurbishment & demolition surveys, taking bulk samples and providing clearly presented and well written site notes on the tablet.
- To proactively engage in the training and development provided by the company.
- To uphold the Code of Conduct and the requirements of the company as instructed
- To support the business by working flexibly and responsively from the company's office or from client's sites as required.
- To be proactive to ensure that work is delivered on time by all areas of the business.
- Ensure that all asbestos related work is carried out in accordance with company Asbestos Quality and Procedures Manual (AQPM) and associated documentation.
- To comply with the Company General Quality Procedures'
- To provide quality services and information to clients, must have knowledge of all current Asbestos, health and safety and CDM regulations.
- Attend operational team meetings as and when required.
- Ensure that reports are completed in accordance with timescales set and to the required standard.
- Compile recommendations and technically review reports as necessary.
- To be alert to business opportunities and promote the services of the group, identify intercompany sales opportunities and pass leads
- Provide technical advice as and when required
- To carry out any other duties required as part of the overall strategy to achieve the company's objectives.
Requirements:
- P402 Qualification.
- Positive, can do attitude.
- Effective time management and organisational skills.
- Ability to work on own initiative, with flexibility and responsiveness to work requests.
- Minimum 6 months experience working in a UKAS accredited environment.
- Full UK Driving Licence.
