Job Description Production Manager

I am partnered exclusively with an international advanced pharmaceutical company that are growing key leadership and management positions across UK sites.

This specific hire will take management and scheduling responsibilities for all site production activities.

A core aspect of the role will be the leadership of the production team to create clear expectations, measurables and deliverables, as well as ensuring that there is a strong training and development ethos across the group.

Whilst this will not be hands on day to day, given the size of the unit, you will need to be comfortable being on the shop floor and supporting the team, directly and indirectly through the Production Supervisors.

Experienced production manager or supervisor within a pharmaceutical GMP environment
Previous people management experience is essential
Working experience of a sterile / aseptic environment is strongly preferred but management experience in a GMP setting is the most critical
