In this role, you will assess, mentor, and guide apprentices in achieving qualifications in the Defense industry. You will set training objectives, mentor learners, review progress, and engage with stakeholders to ensure a cohesive learning environment.

This position is ideal for an Aircraft Technician seeking career advancement to inspire the next generation of professionals.


THE ROLE:

  • Assess and mentor learners in Level 3 Advanced Apprenticeships
  • Manage documentation, operational benchmarks, and GDPR compliance
  • Engage with a diverse range of stakeholders

THE PERSON:

  • Aircraft Technician or similar
  • Based in Yeovil
  • Willing to travel to various sites
