**Requirements:**
- Prior experience in drainage, excavation, or construction is a must
- Proficiency in drainage systems and installation methodologies
- Capable of working both independently and collaboratively in a team environment while maintaining effective communication skills

**Responsibilities:**

- **Excavation Tasks:**
- Utilize a range of machinery and hand tools to excavate and prepare sites for drainage systems

- **Installation of Drainage Systems:**
- Deploy new drainage systems, manholes, surface water systems, including land drainage adhering to current regulations
- Safely prepare sites for excavation and ensure cleanliness and safety of work areas are upheld
- Conduct inspections and maintenance on existing drainage systems, executing essential repairs

- **Team Collaboration:**
- Engage closely with fellow operatives and site managers to ensure project completion within designated timelines and specifications
