Description

As a corporate governance solicitor you will;

  • Oversee and manage all aspects of corporate governance within the firm.
  • Ensure the firm's compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and internal policies.
  • Develop and implement governance structures and practices.
  • Provide expert advice on corporate governance matters to senior management and board members.
  • Coordinate with various departments to ensure company-wide adherence to governance practices.
  • Stay updated with the latest developments in the field of corporate governance and professional services industry.
  • Handle any corporate governance issues that arise, offering practical and effective solutions.

Profile

A successful corporate governance solicitor should have:

  • An England & Wales or other common law jurisdiction qualification
  • Proven experience in handling corporate governance matters in a professional services firm.
  • Exceptional understanding of corporate laws and regulations.
  • Excellent leadership and decision-making skills.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Due to the nature of the role you must be able to start before September.
