Your mission


The Health & Safety Documentation Specialist - UK will play a critical role in supporting the development and maintenance of health, safety, and environment documentation for our organization.

This position is responsible for creating, updating, and ensuring compliance with all HSE-related policies, procedures, and standards, contributing to the enhancement of our safety culture and environmental sustainability efforts.

Regular visits to our office in Milton Keynes in UK are necessary. Hybrid position (mix of office and homeoffice) is possible.

Procedure Development:

Create and maintain HSE policies and procedures for UK that align with legal and industry standards, ensuring clarity, accuracy, and effectiveness.


  • Document Review: Regularly review existing HSE documentation to identify gaps, redundancies, and opportunities for improvement.
  • Regulatory Compliance: Stay current with local, state, and federal regulations and industry best practices, and update documents accordingly to maintain compliance.
  • Documentation Management: Implement and maintain a robust document management system to ensure easy access, version control, and tracking of HSE documents.
  • Communication: Collaborate with service managers and employees to gather information and feedback, ensuring that documents reflect the most current safety and environmental practices.
  • Training Material Development: Assist in developing training materials and resources related to HSE policies and procedures for employee education and awareness.
  • Data Analysis: Collect and analyse HSE data to identify trends and areas for improvement, and translate findings into actionable document updates.
  • Audit Support: Prepare and maintain documentation for internal and external audits and assist in audit processes as needed.
  • Emergency Response Plans: Contribute to the development and maintenance of emergency response plans and procedures.
  • Reporting: Generate reports on HSE document compliance and performance, presenting findings to management.

Profile:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field e.g., Environmental Science, Occupational Health and Safety, Business Administratio, Engineering or a related discipline.
  • Proven experience in document development and management, especially in an Health & Safety / Occupational Safety in UK or regulatory context.
  • Strong knowledge of HSE regulations, standards, and best practices for UK.
  • Attention to detail and ability to work independently.
  • Proficiency in document management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Analytical and problemsolving skills.
  • Familiarity with data analysis tools is a plus.
  • Certification in HSErelated disciplines is a bonus.
  • Fluent English language skills (C1-C2) are mandatory. Excellent writing and communication skills. Chinese language skills or European language skills are a plus.
  • Selfmotivated and performance driven.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

  • Proactive, dynamic and customer oriented.
