Ambition Community Healthcare are one of the leading complex care providers based In Norfolk.

We have an exciting new role based In Norwich and the Surrounding areas.

The Job Role:
Children's support worker-Nights ( Female only)
We have 3 children's complex care packages based in and around Norwich.

Shifts:

10-12 hour night shifts.

All of our rota's are two week rolling rotas and our contracts are client specific permanent contracts.

Responsibilities:

  • Personal care
  • Medication management
  • Management of a Tracheostomy
  • Completion of daily recording paperwork
  • Reporting safeguarding concerns
