We're representing a leading training provider who deliver employment skills across North London on the GLA Contract.
Find are looking an experienced Employment Trainer/ Coach to join a small team to deliver accredited short courses & employment skills to participants seeking employment.
Responsibilities:
- Plan/deliver appropriate training and coach cohorts of learners group sessions.
- Support learners with personalised learning plans.
- Conduct regular reviews of progress with Learners & Careers Coaches.
- Ensure all marking and administrative duties are completed, maintaining accurate records of Learner Progression & Achievements to gain certification.
- Ensure learner outcomes are achieved on time.
- Prior experience/ competence delivering Employment Skills & Short Courses.
- Qualifications-Teaching qualifications: AET, PTTLS, CTTLS, CERTed, PGCE
- Passion to support job seekers gain additional qualifications.
