Our beautiful award-winning care home requires experienced, professional staff to expand our workforce. We strive for and provide a high standard of care for our residents.


Our care home, located in Giltbrook, Nottingham, currently seeks a very organised, efficient and motivated team player to join our housekeeping team.


Staff are well supported at all times, we offer continual training, learning and professional development opportunities in a friendly environment.

We encourage an atmosphere of good communication, learning and look for feedback for ways in which to improve our services.

We offer an enjoyable working environment, with excellent working conditions and flexible rota's.


Applicants must be able to work between 21-28 hours a week (plus overtime to cover sickness, annual leave and absence).

Applicants must be available work Fri, Sat, Sun and one or two days flexibly during the week.

Responsibilities:

  • Clean and maintain guest rooms, bathrooms, and common areas
  • Change bed linens and towels
  • Vacuum carpets and sweep floors
  • Dust and polish furniture
  • Empty trash and replace garbage bags
  • Replenish amenities such as toiletries and towels
  • Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management
  • Follow all policies and procedures regarding cleanliness and service

Skills:

  • Previous experience in care home preferred
  • Attention to detail and ability to work efficiently
  • Strong time management skills
  • Ability to work independently or as part of a team
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
As a Housekeeper, you will play a vital role in ensuring a clean and comfortable environment for our guests. Your attention to detail and dedication to providing excellent service will contribute to the overall satisfaction of our guests.
