Night Manager- Central London

Our client, a long established and respected Fit-out contractor, is urgently seeking a Night Manager. As a Night Manager you will oversee and coordinate the night-time operations of the fit-out projects which involves managing subcontractors, ensuring adherence to safety and quality standards, and maintaining project timelines. This role is offered permanently and will be based in Central London.
Key Responsibilities & Requirements.
- Manage all fit-out activities and coordinate subcontractors on-site during the night shift, ensuring compliance with project plans and specifications.
- Oversee ongoing work to ensure lofty standards of quality and finish are maintained and rectify any issues or defects in workmanship immediately.
- Enforce strict compliance of health and safety regulations and carry out regular safety inspections to ensure that all workers follow appropriate measures in maintaining a safe working environment.
- Ensure that resources are available and efficiently utilized during the night shift.
- Manage reliable records of nightly activities/ developments.
- Solid record of accomplishments in managing nightworks on fast paced projects within trades background.
- SMSTS, First Aid and other relevant qualifications are essential.
- Effective communication, leadership, team management skills.
- Excellent problem- solving & decision-making skills.
- Ability to read & interpret construction drawings & specifications.
