The Role:
Senior Sous Chef


As the Senior Sous Chef, your main responsibility will be to maintain a high standard of creativity and consistency in the dishes served at the restaurant.

You will be instrumental in menu creation, collaborating closely with the Head Chef. Additionally, you will oversee various aspects of the kitchen operation, such as managing prep schedules, controlling inventory, budgeting, maintenance, and leading the kitchen team on a daily basis.


Required Skills:
Previous experience as a Senior Sous Chef or Sous Chef in a reputable restaurant or members club;
Excellent knowledge of ingredient trends and seasonal produce;
A creative mindset with meticulous attention to detail;
Demonstrated ability to lead, train, and inspire a kitchen team;
Experience in staff scheduling and roster management;
Familiarity with health, safety, and compliance standards;
