  • Dungannon VANRATH is delighted to be recruiting an NPD Technician for our client based in Dungannon The role will initially run for a period of 9 12 month's, with possibility for extension for the right candidate.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to grow within the food industry Salary:
£25K (+ Enhanced Holiday Pay + Discount Benefits)


Hours; 8:00am-4:30pm (Mon-Fri) - no weekends or evenings Key responsibilities: Support the NPD project manager & wider team and assist in all new and current product development Assist & lead completion of routine sample requests, customer presentations and submissions to deadlines.

Assist in completion of factory trials and collating results Work closely with wider team to create new concepts and assist in input into IT system.

Present facts and ideas clearly to internal and external customers in a supporting role Assist in other key tasks as part of the NPD process Personal specification:

Passion for food and ability to follow recipes Good, knowledge of the meat & added value industry across multiple retailers Strong initiative skills Good understanding of factory process Computer skills Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work effectively and in a highly productive manner as an individual or as part of a team.
