We are looking for a Quality Manager to join the team of a specialist company based in Chippenham, dedicated to designing and manufacturing advanced composite structures.
The company offers a 9-day working fortnight, giving you a refreshing 3-day weekend every other week.
The chosen candidate will collaborate with the Operations teams to optimize processes, test procedures, and Quality systems to meet Customer standards, safety regulations, and Customer expectations.
As the Quality Manager, you will be responsible for:
- Developing and implementing quality standards and control systems with Operations management.
- Creating Works Instructions, Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), Quality Control Plans, and ensuring their integration into the wider Production team.
- Managing improvement projects within set budgets and timelines, maintaining transparent communication with project teams and stakeholders.
- Conducting quality assessments for processes and monitoring activities for process measurement.
- Demonstrated experience in Quality assurance/engineering and proficiency in Quality tools/methodologies.
- Skilled in crafting process documentation such as work instructions, Quality Control Plans, and relevant quality paperwork.
