Here at PepsiCo UK&I we are looking for a passionate Individual to lead the UK Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion agenda, ensuring strategy deployment and tactical oversight of key components in the DE&I, and Culture & Engagement agenda for UKI as a Fixed term contract until August 2025.

As part of the role you will be responsible for strategy creation, content design, process and project management, and stakeholder and vendor management within the DEI and Culture areas. This role will have responsibility for supporting the Europe Community of Practice as the lead market, which gathers other DEI Leads across Europe to ensure an integrated agenda leveraging DEI priorities across the sector. The role will also partner with UK Talent leads, Communication leads, and HR Business Partners to engage key senior leadership stakeholders to integrate local needs with the Global and Sector level priorities.

Responsibilities
  • Partner with HRLT and Talent management LT to align plans and deliverables across the DEI and talent agenda, ensuring approach is joined up, gains maximum traction and has the employee at the heart.
  • Lead the UK Diversity, Equity and Inclusion agenda including supporting the design and execution of the UK DEI strategy current and future.
  • Partner with HRDs and Talent leads to ensure Diversity, Equity and Inclusion programs, processes and tools are efficient, effective and if required modified to meet Functional needs.
  • Be trusted advisor to the business regarding Diversity, Equity and Inclusion initiatives.
  • Create a community of practice among all HRBPs and stakeholders, fostering a desire for functional excellence and collaboration, alignment and best practice and skills sharing across Diversity, Equity and inclusion.
  • Support key Europe Diversity, equity and inclusion initiatives including the community of practice, determining feasibility of interventions and balancing global and local priorities.
  • Support tracking, analytics and talent metrics related to Diversity, Equity and inclusion, to monitor ROI, impact of initiatives, and specific targets.
  • Manage external providers and partners for both DE&I and Wellbeing agenda, ensuring partnerships add value and contracts are negotiated in a timely and impactful manner.
  • Represent Pepsico UK DE&I agenda as appropriate across external forums.
  • Responsible for the UK DE&I, ensuring strategy deployment and tactical oversight of key components of our Diversity, Equity and Inclusion agenda. Lead the DE&I Council, helping guide and set strategy and execution for critical impact of inclusion and belonging and partner with the ERGs and external partners to deliver on our DE&I aspirations.
  • Support UK Culture agenda by partnering with UK C&E point on various initiatives such as cultural change initiatives, The PepsiCo Way, and other engagement initiatives.
Qualifications
  • Business partner experience, either in Talent or HRBP role.
  • Experience in developing and driving Inclusion and Diversity initiatives.
  • Experience in driving cultural change and employee engagement initiatives.
  • Effective networking skills across a complex stakeholder environment internally and externally.
  • Ability to leverage HR data to create effective strategies.
  • Ability to think strategically and develop tactical action plans to achieve business and people goals.
  • Proven project management skills, with ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders.
  • Experience communicating and influencing at all levels including executives.
  • Strong coaching skills.
