PARKING TEAM VACANCY
Are you a self motivated individual who likes to succeed within a team in any given role.
If this is you, then come and join a very successful and growing team who manage parking at our Southmead
and Cossham sites.
We provide a comprehensive training programme for anyone who can bring fantastic customer service skills
to the role.
As a Parking Attendant, you will be helping staff and visitors on a daily basis with queries.
You will be supporting the administrative staff to complete reports on time and submit to the Site Manager.

You will:

  • Assist and advise the public, staff and visitors with their parking needs.
  • Deal with queries and resolve problems.
  • Efficiently operate and use car parking systems.
  • Ensure a professional image is presented at all times.

To succeed in this role you will need:

  • A professional approach with sound judgement and integrity
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Good communication skills
  • Be computer literate
  • Enjoy working on your own initiative and as part of a team
  • To be educated to national level 1 e.g. GCSE grades D-G
