The role in short

Hours: 2 x 37.5 hour roles - contracted working hours are every Sunday, 08:00am - 4:30pm, and every Monday - Thursday 10:00am to 6:30pm.

You will have a pro-active customer relationship style that empathises with the customers issue.

Remaining positive and calm with customers, you will help by arranging returns, replacement products, investigating delivery issues, stock shortages, and fully resolving each customers specific issue.

You will be in contact with customers by a combination of:
