Litigation Secretary

Our reputable and friendly Law Firm are looking to recruit a Legal Secretary to support their Litigation Department on a full-time, permanent basis.

You will support the Head of Litigation on civil litigious matters, typical duties including but not limited to:

  • Audio and copy typing
  • Taking messages for other members of the team and ensuring these are passed on
  • Support the Fee Earners on administrative tasks related to case preparation and other legal matters
  • Other appropriate adhoc duties to support the department
You will ideally have experience on civil litigious matters from a Litigation Department as a Legal Secretary or similar. You'll have a good working knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Word and Outlook. You will enjoy working in a team and have a positive attitude towards work.

Due to the location of the office, you will have a driving licence and access to your own car
