Due to continued growth, we are looking for a
Delivery Manager to join our London based delivery team.

Key responsibilities:

  • Strategic and technical leadership and direction to support the delivery of effective and efficient testing and quality practices
  • Ensure QA governance over a number of client portfolios. This includes the review of all major deliverables and ensuring that team members deliver in line with agreed work orders
  • Drive continuous improvement across all accounts, track progress against project plans and liaise with project stakeholders on a weekly basis to discuss project progress and any resourcing requests
  • Define testing work orders, focussing on delivering tailored solutions against specific client requirements
  • Manage budget spend against plans for allocated portfolios of work
  • Perform strategic test and quality reviews and health checks
  • Lead creation and delivery of RFPs and support account managers with presale activities
  • Provide exceptional guidance and support in defining test strategy, process, techniques, levels, organisation, tools/frameworks/technologies, infrastructure, environments, and data across a variety of delivery and technology landscapes and methodologies, balancing a delivery and commercial focus
  • Remain at the forefront of delivery, testing and technology developments to provide support and guidance to pragmatically adopt these to improve testing effectiveness and efficiency
  • Deliver largescale test programmes across multiple workstreams, vendors and delivery methodologies

Key skills / experience:

  • Previous experience as a Delivery Manager in a Consultancy environment managing a multiclient portfolio of work
  • Exceptional people management skills, demonstrating ability to mentor, grow and provide pastoral support for junior team members
  • Demonstrated project portfolio stability and growth overtime
  • A technologist as much as a tester, you will have the ability to work at senior/strategic and lowerlevel process/technical/tooling levels
  • Ability to collaborate and influence across both technical and nontechnical stakeholders, resources and teams
  • Exceptional understanding of technology and testing, including common solutions and architectures, emerging technology and testing trends, and test techniques/technologies/tooling
  • Experience of leading and winning successful RFP processes, and making a positive contribution to presales activities
