We are collaborating with a well-established Asbestos/Environmental Consultancy seeking an Asbestos Surveyor to manage contracts in the Midlands region.

The ideal candidate should hold a P402 qualification and have extensive experience in conducting Asbestos Surveys in various settings across the Midlands.

For the successful applicant, additional benefits include opportunities for cross-training in other environmental sectors, a company pension scheme, and a competitive salary.

Consideration will be given to candidates from various locations across the Midlands region.


Experience & Qualifications:
- Holding the BOHS P402 or RSPH equivalent qualification is a must.
- Background in working for a UKAS accredited Asbestos Consultancy.
- Demonstrates excellent practical knowledge of HSG 264 guidelines.
- Proficient in using TEAMS / TRACKER systems.
- Strong communication skills.

The Role:
- Conducting management, refurbishment, and demolition surveys.
- Sampling suspected ACMs.
- Performing re-inspection surveys post-work completion.
- Ensuring compliance with HSG 264 guidelines.
- Generating detailed reports based on information gathered using TEAMS / TRACKER systems.
- Collaborating with clients and providing consultancy advice.
