I am working with a maintenance contractor who are based in Cornwall to recruit a Supervisor to work within the Voids team. As Voids Supervisor you will be responsible for managing a team of 10 trade operatives alongside day to day operations.

Duties will include:
  • Scheduling work load for operatives
  • Surveying properties and conducting site visits
  • Ordering materials
  • Pricing and invoicing work using schedule of rates
You will need:
  • NVQ or city and guilds in relevant trade
  • Proven experience within a similar role
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to lead a team
  • Be able to meet deadlines
