IT Specialist for System Integration (f/m/d)Your responsibilities:- Provide technical and administrative support for user-related hardware and software, focusing on video conferencing systems and mobile devices
- Offer user support, particularly handling fault reports through analysis and rectification
- Handle the setup, operation, and dismantling of technical workstation equipment, including managing hardware loan devices
- Assist users in selecting appropriate hardware and software solutions
- Install, configure, expand, and modify hardware and software
- Perform software maintenance by installing patches
- Maintain user accounts, authorizations, and inventories, as well as create documentation
- Completed vocational training as an IT specialist specializing in system integration or IT systems electronics technician
- Relevant professional experience is a plus
- Strong knowledge of Windows operating systems, user software, hardware configurations, and file transfer networks
- Experience with IT ticket systems
- Familiarity with mobile device connection to networks and ISO 27001 certification based on IT baseline protection
- Excellent communication skills and fluency in German
