    Prime Edinburgh City Centre Location, is looking for an ambitious
    Junior Sommelier to join the team.
  • With handson experience working at one of Edinburgh's Top Restaurants, alongside some of the best hospitality professionals in the City, together with the chance to undertake both
    WSET and
    Court of Master Sommelier courses, this is a unique opportunity working with wine not to be missed
  • As Junior Sommelier you must bring a
    Strong Passion For Wine, along with tremendous service credentials. You must naturally exude warmth and charm on the floor and have the ability to confidently engage guests.
  • Working closely with one of
    Scotland's Finest Senior Sommelier's, you'll be given the opportunity to develop your wine knowledge and in general your understanding of running wine operations at one of Edinburgh's
    Premier Destination Dining Venues
  • Working only a
    4 Day Week with every
    Sunday, Monday and Tuesday off, the Owner understands the importance of having a balanced lifestyle when it comes to retaining that enthusiasm for the work you do.
