L'activité se positionne sur l'assistance technique à maitrise d'ouvrage et la maitrise d'œuvre de projets urbains (NPNRU, voies vertes, plans cyclables, aménagements de centre-ville, écoquartier...) dont les projets de transport en site propre (Tramway -BHNS - Pôle d'échanges multimodaux ..)
L'agence de Lille- Marcq en Baroeul est au cœur de la conception et de la réalisation des projets d'infrastructures et d'aménagements urbains majeurs du territoire des Hauts de France.
A titre d'exemple, l'agence intervient dans la maîtrise d'oeuvre de projets tels que l'aménagement du port de Nesle pour la canal Seine Nord, l'opération NPRU du quartier de l'Epeule à Roubaix, les requalifications des cités minières de Sains en Gohelle et de Lens, les opérations NPNRU de Dunkerque et de la MEL, l'aménagement de la basilique de Saint Quentin ...
En tant que Ingénieur.e/Chargé.e d'Etudes et Travaux dans les aménagements urbains et Infrastructures de transports de surface vous contribuerez à la production des études dans toutes les phases de conception dans le respect des objectifs de coût, qualité et délais.

Vos missions seront les suivantes :
- la conception technique des projets (études, notes, plans, rapports),
- la production technique à ses différentes phases (études amont, études de faisabilité, études d'avant-projet et de projet, dossiers de consultation des entreprises, spécifications fonctionnelles et techniques)
- La participation au suivi des travaux
- le suivi de la réalisation du projet en phase chantier (VISA, DET, AOR, OPC)
-La participation aux réponses à appels d'offres d'ingénierie
- Le développement du BIM sur l'antenne.
L'innovation en lien avec notre approche liée à la transition écologique et l'écoconception, nos méthodes de travail (BIM, réalité virtuelle) et la ville de demain (ville bas carbone, non polluante, intelligente) sont des thématiques phares au sein de l'activité.
Ingénieur.e diplômé.e, de formation généraliste ou à dominante génie civil, BTP ou urbanisme (INSA, ESTP, ENI ,UTC ,ESIP, ISABTP, ENTPE, EIVP...) ou Master équivalent avec au moins 2 ans dans un poste similair e dans le domaine des projets d'infrastructures (voiries urbaines, routes, transports en commun) et d'aménagements urbains
- Vous avez le sens du service, appréciez le travail en équipe, disposez de bonnes qualités relationnelles.
- Vous êtes reconnu.e pour votre capacité rédactionnelle et votre aisance à l'oral.
- La rigueur technique, l'esprit d'analyse et de synthèse, vos capacités d'organisation et de méthodes et l'autonomie, sont autant d'atouts nécessaires à la tenue du poste.
- Vous maitrisez les marchés publics, la loi MOP, le CCAG travaux, le CCAG PI et avez une connaissance des procédures réglementaires de l'aménagement.
- Vous êtes moteur dans la conception d'ouvrages vertueux et êtes intéressé.e d'intervenir sur des projets complexes répondant aux enjeux actuels d'écoconception nécessaires à notre futur.
- Vous avez envie de contribuer à la conception durable et éco-responsable des villes de demain.
