Salary:
£28,971 per annumnNight shift allowance: £3,595 per annumnVan (with option for personal use from day 1) and fuel cardnSmartphone, tools, uniform, PPEnUp to 4% discretionary bonus scheme, subject to achievement of targets.n25 days annual leave, plus bank holidays
Responsibilities
You will be responsible for carrying out work to clear all condensate drains, repair broken pipework, put a fall onto the required pipework, use the puricators to clean and protect the internal pipework and inserting pipe couplings for easy pipe access.
You'll ensure that jobs are completed within SLA, all relevant KPI's are met and that all Arcus health & Safety procedures are complied with at all times.
You'll also comply and adhere to all clients site requirements whilst working at a store, including following the correct signing in and out procedures in the store and adhering to the permit to work process.
You'll need to keep track of aged work orders and ensure that they are prioritised for completion.Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need:nExperience of water leak or drainage works would be an advantagenExperience in basic electrical repairs also an advantagenOther industry qualifications and certificationsnA UK Driving Licence is required due to the nature of the rolen
