Job
The role of Digital & Social Media Officer will give you the opportunity to be involved with:

  • Develop & deliver a comprehensive social media plan
  • Publish content across social media channels
  • Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, TikTok, LinkedIn & Trip Advisor
  • Create & support production of engaging content, including live video
  • Collaborate with colleagues in a variety of teams to schedule content
  • Track measurable goals to include reach, interaction, sentiment, influence & CTR
  • Manage scheduling tools such as Hootsuite
  • Research developments in usergenerated content & social media (including live video, blogging, consumer reviews, content curation & discussion forums)
  • Listen, monitor & report on social media activity
  • Advise on best practice on social channels, working with colleagues in the Marketing & Communications team, in the case of adhoc crisis situations

You
As Digital & Social Media Officer you will skilled and/or qualified in the following:

  • Creating & producing audience-focused digital & social media content
  • Working knowledge & understanding of current social media trends & tools including Facebook Live, Instagram Stories, TikTok & Instagram TV
  • Experience of digital & social media evaluation & analysis
  • Working knowledge of tools such as Canva, Hootsuite, Tweetdeck, Facebook Creator Studio
  • High standard of accuracy & attention to detail in a busy working environment
  • Excellent time & workschedule management
  • Demonstrable ability to work collaboratively, across departments & as part of a team.
  • Experienced in proofreading & editing (text, images, audio & video).
